How do I get to the studio?

Vision Yoga & Wellness is located at 1861 W. 25th St. The studio entrance is located next to the Nano Brew entrance, right on the corner of Bridge and W. 25th. The studio is upstairs above Nano Brew.

Vision Underground is located in the lower level of St. John's Episcopal Church, at the corner of W. 26th St. & Church Ave. Enter through the courtyard gate, and you'll see our entrance down a few stairs on the right.

Where can I find parking?

Free parking is available directly behind the building, but it gets busy in Ohio City on Market days, so be sure to leave extra time to find parking. Free parking is also available on Bridge Avenue and there is metered parking is along W. 25th. The meters are free nights after 6pm and on weekends!

Additionally, there are RTA bus and train stops on and near W. 25th Street. If you ride your bike to the studio, there is a covered Bike Box on the corner of Bridge and W. 25th to park your bike.

What do I wear?

Yoga is practiced in bare feet and comfortable clothing. Layers are recommended as you will warm up and cool down during the course of the class.

Do I need to bring water?

We have a water filter available at the studio and we recommend bringing your own water bottle so you can refill it at the studio!

Do I have to bring my own mat?

You do not need your own mat. We have mats available in the studio for a suggested donation of $1. We also have mats available for purchase at the studio for $30.

Do I have to pre-register for class?

Pre-registration is required for all 6:30am classes. It is not necessary to pre-register for any other classes, but it is recommended. Pre-registering makes the sign-in process go quickly and easily. That being said, all classes are available for drop-ins, but we ask that you arrive early to check in, get familiarized with the studio, and claim a spot for your mat!

What if I arrive late to class?

We allow late comers to join into a class, but please remember to give yourself plenty of extra time to find parking, especially on West Side Market days (Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays). For everyone’s benefit including your own, please do your best to arrive on time. If late, please enter the room as quietly as possible.

Can I have my cell phone with me in class?

Please turn off your cell phone before entering the studio. For obvious reasons e-mailing and texting during class is just not cool. If there is any reason that you might need to have your phone on you during class, please let the teacher know beforehand.

Can I take a shower at the studio?

We do not have a public shower available at the studio, but we do offer a hygiene refreshment station in the bathroom should you need to freshen up before or after a class or appointment.

How long before my appointment should I arrive?

If it is your first appointment, give yourself and extra 10-15 minutes to arrive, get acquainted with your therapist and fill out paperwork. If you are late to your appointment, please call the studio and let the person at the front desk know.

What do I wear for massages/wellness services?

Comfortable clothes are recommended. During your therapeutic or Craniosacral massage you will be asked to undress to your comfort level. Thai Massage sessions take place with the participant fully clothed (in comfortable clothing).

Can my HSA/FSA be used towards services?

Depending on the requirements of your HSA or FSA, you may be able to use those funds towards wellness services at the studio. We can process payments from any Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover debit cards and we are happy to provide you with a receipt for HSA reimbursement.

Will insurance cover my wellness service appointments?

Your insurance may cover your massage appointments, however we do not bill insurance for your appointments. We are happy to provide the necessary paperwork to you in order to be reimbursed by your insurance company, but payment for services is due when the service is rendered.
