  • Beginners Flow** - Whether starting out brand new or reestablishing fundamentals for the intermediate student, Beginner's Flow Yoga has something for you! Expect to learn foundational alignment while incorporating props and flowing from pose to pose. Find grace in movement with strong emphasis on breath. Begin your yoga journey here and take the practice from the mat and into your life.
  • Zen Flow** - Zen Flow, a slow paced class filled with fluid movement, deep stretches, and time for meditation- open to all levels. Come on your lunch break and don't worry about getting sweaty. Perfect for those of us who need a stress releasing recharge for body & mind.
  • Yoga Basics** - Good Morning Hatha - This class is a refreshing way to start the day for those new to yoga and those seeking a slower paced class focused on fundamental Hatha poses. The class starts with a brief period of breath work and meditation and proceeds through a series of traditional Hatha asanas promoting balance, strength, and flexibility. Each session then concludes with a restorative pose for relaxation and a mindful transition to the day’s activities.
  • Deep Stretch**- Inspired by Yin Yoga, this class targets the deep muscles and connective tissue of the body using a Yin approach: meditative stillness for a long duration. Deep, conscious breathing and attention to the present moment are encouraged as students hold poses passively for several minutes at a time. Designed to be accessible to all levels of yoga practitioner, poses are generally practiced on the floor and modifications will be offered. Class will finish with restorative, supportive poses preparing the body and mind for final relaxation and meditation.
  • Gentle Restore** - Gentle Restore incorporates both Hatha and Restorative Yoga elements, in this slower paced class. Traditional Hatha postures and anti-arthritic exercises are used to enhance flexibility, balance and strength. Restorative yoga postures are utilized to promote deep relaxation, stimulation of the parasympathetic nervous system, and healing. This class is appropriate for those new to yoga, advanced beginners, and individuals seeking to manage day to day stress.
  • Open-Level Flow - Open Level Flow classes focus on alignment, attention to the breath, and mindfulness, inviting the body to move with increased awareness and ease. Often, we'll hold poses a bit longer and take more time to explain the subtleties of the pose, incorporating plenty of modifications to address physical limitations or to make the poses more challenging. This class will be accessible to any level of practitioner, whether it's your 5th class or your 500th class. Please note: Because this type of class caters to all levels of experience, it's likely that one teacher's class may be very different from the next. We recommend trying all of our Open Level teachers to discover the class that is best for you!
  • Powerful Flow - A dynamic and invigorating flow that will challenge your body and your mind. The flow of this class is based on principles of vinyasa yoga, in that it offers a vigorous, athletic style of practice that moves quickly from pose to pose to build flexibility, but does not have set sequence of movement. These classes are for intermediate to experienced students and may include more challenging poses such as inversions, backbends, and arm balances.
  • Powerful Flow/Killer Core - This class combines a traditional Vinyasa flow with exercises designed to deepen your core strength. Move from asana to more traditional style abdominal floor exercises and end with a sweet Savasana.
  • Powerful Flow/Deep Stretch - The class starts with a dynamic and invigorating flow that will challenge your body and your mind. The flow of this class is based on principles of vinyasa yoga, in that it offers a vigorous, athletic style of practice that moves quickly from pose to pose to build flexibility, but does not have set sequence of movement. Wind down with some slower twists and longer-held stretches, closing with Savasana.
